TIG On Tour is a spin off of The Island Games fitness festival, a travelling hybrid fitness event series hosted across gyms. Designed for teams of two, whether you’re training partners, friends or just up for a fun challenge, it combines simple, effective movements including dumbbells, ergs and bodyweight exercises. The 2026 / 2027 season involves no Olympic lifting, no gymnastics - just pure fitness. And fun. Built to be accessible while still pushing your fitness, teamwork and grit.
Expect 4 workout stations and a full event experience with a live DJ, MC, recovery zone and plenty of freebies and prizes - bringing the atmosphere of The Island Games to your local gym.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and should be fit and healthy. No. Athletes register directly for their chosen tour stop.
Very Easy ! Registration can be completed online via Circle 21 - check out the tour stop links HERE. Early registration is recommended, as spots are limited.
Yes, there is one workout for the 2026 / 2027 season split into 4 parts, with one leaderboard across gyms, this will be announced on the 22nd July. Athletes can participate in multiple TIG On Tour events throughout the season.
Yes, this can easily be done via the Circle 21 Platform.
The event is non refundable.
Yes, kids are more than welcome to come and spectate.
